Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or greater in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer science.
8+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); Microflex & Advantest 93K preferred. ETS364/800 a plus.
8+ years of hands-on experience in ATE test development for analog, digital and mixed signal.
Experience in programming such as C++, basic, Perl, python, etc.
Experience in testing and collecting data on IC chips or circuits using standard tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.
Proficient with ATE analog digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and strong debug/troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities
As a Sr. Staff Test Engineer, you will be responsible to apply a broad level of expertise and knowledge in test discipline, leading and contributing to the development of the company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
This position will work on significant and unique issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. You will be required to apply conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and their implications. It will be necessary to exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, which you will be held responsible for, and may impact the larger business.
You will create formal networks involving coordination among groups, focusing on providing though leadership and working on projects that affect the broader organization, and require an understanding of the larger business. This role will require conveying advanced information and persuading a diverse set of stakeholders as needed. In this role you will be expected and acknowledged as a subject matter expert and may direct the activities of others as a technical lead.
