Requirements

You bring 10+ years of fulfillment and operations experience from a CPG or direct-to-consumer environments.

You have 4+ years managing 3PL partners at a strategic and executive level, including contracts, negotiations, performance oversight, structuring multi-tiered fulfillment networks, mitigating supplier and operational disruption risk, and optimizing network performance across cost and service tradeoffs.

You bring end-to-end supply chain expertise spanning manufacturing, packaging, demand planning and fulfillment, with knowledge of cold chain and frozen product logistics.

You bring deep expertise in 3PL warehouse operations, including end-to-end process flows, WMS platforms, ERP integrations, warehouse automation systems, and emerging technologies that enhance operational visibility and scalability.

You connect the dots on how fulfillment execution directly impacts customer experience, brand trust, and retention.

You have a track record of driving operational change across multiple sites and leading organizations through periods of growth and complexity.
