Requirements

5+ years of database administration experience, preferably in project-based environments

Experience supporting project controls systems (Primavera P6, EcoSys, Deltek, SAP, etc.)

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS)

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)

Experience with AI-powered database administration and monitoring tools (e.g., Oracle Autonomous Database, SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer, Datadog) for automated tuning, anomaly detection, and proactive performance management

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $121,000 - $143,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.

Responsibilities

The Project Controls Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and governance of databases and data systems that support project controls functions, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.

This role ensures data integrity, system reliability, and efficient data integration across project management tools to enable accurate forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
