Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional leaders across Merchandising, Retail, E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation and workflow optimization.

Own the full lifecycle of AI transformation initiatives — from discovery and business case development through vendor evaluation, pilot testing, implementation, and ongoing performance measurement.

Develop and maintain a company-wide AI roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and reflects the evolving landscape of machine learning and generative AI tools.

Serve as Faherty’s internal AI expert and educator, building awareness and capability across teams through accessible training, clear documentation, and hands-on enablement.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate AI/ML solutions, including build-vs-buy assessments, ROI modeling, and vendor diligence.

Lead change management efforts alongside key stakeholders, ensuring smooth tool adoption, clear communication of impact, and ongoing feedback loops.
