Years of Experience

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

Responsibilities

Design and Development:
Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end design and development of both special and universal containers for automotive applications, delivering optimized solutions for single and welding parts in the body shop as well as single and module parts in assembly operations.
JIS Modules/Racks:
Develop and optimize Just‑In‑Sequence (JIS) modules and racks engineered for efficient handling, transport, and storage of single and welding parts, ensuring full compatibility with the precise sequencing and material‑flow requirements of automotive production processes.
