Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Support, the Cloud Support Analyst IIl  will collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues.

The Cloud Support Analyst will also be tasked with identifying and/or implementing improvements to our financial systems in order to streamline business processes.

They will be responsible for working closely with our vendor partners on implementations and enhancements, or when troubleshooting issues.
