Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of technical service, field support, construction products, flooring, coatings, or related industry experience preferred.

Working knowledge of resinous flooring systems, surface preparation, concrete substrates, moisture-related conditions, installation practices, and common field troubleshooting methods is highly desirable.

Direct experience supporting customers, contractors, applicators, distributors, and sales teams in field or technical service environments.

Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate technical information clearly, professionally, and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative for the Flooring Target Market.

This position is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by assisting with product recommendations, jobsite support, complaint investigations, technical training, field evaluations, and documentation related to Sika flooring systems.
