Operations Controller (NU)

H.S. Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Ability to: communicate effectively orally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and external customers

Monitors the flow and operation of pipelines and facilities on a 24-hour basis from a centralized location.

Ensures the oversight of product quality integrity and timely and accurate product delivery or receipts for customers and suppliers.

Operates and monitors product pipelines, origin and destination, storage facility operations, remote pumping facilities, and supplier sites.

Participates in both, independent and team emergency response, operating emergency response communications system for the notification of pipeline management/government agencies per the Department of Transportation (DOT) and state regulations and the Company's System Integrity Plan (SIP).

Requests work orders for the repair of malfunctioning equipment.

Logs pertinent information and ensures that adequate information exchange takes place with each required shift hand-over.
