Senior Product Designer, Proposals

4+ years of experience in supporting full product life cycles

Experience with user research methodologies and demonstrated ability to translate findings into actionable design insights

Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to align on goals and execution

Comfortable integrating AI tools into your design process, from ideation and prototyping to research synthesis, to move faster without sacrificing craft

Experience designing for construction tech or related software

History of designing in fast-paced startup environments

Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers

Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporating internal+external feedback, and evaluating metrics when available

Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring your design solutions align with company goals

Contribute to the design team’s culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives, and cross-squad initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights to incorporate into your design solutions

Advocate for our users.
