Requirements
2+ years Operations Engineering or related experience.
Lean and six sigma manufacturing experience
Data analysis and using statistical tools
Web handling experience preferred.
Will be on-call for troubleshooting and support for 24/7 manufacturing operation
Identify, initiate, execute, control, and audit.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position will be
$90k-120k
/ year. The hiring base salary range represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be focused on improving the performance of our operations to achieve production excellence.
As part of our team, you will work cross-functionally within Supply Chain, Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality on projects. The ability to work multiple functions and influence others is key to the role.
Support day to day product and process operations.
Identify and drive safety improvements.
Support of the scale-up of new products and in the improvement of existing products.
Support preventive maintenance plan on coating asset
