Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday

Ability to translate "system-speak" into clear, actionable insights for diverse teams and senior leadership.

High-level time management skills with the ability to pivot quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.

Strong understanding of job architecture, company/cost center hierarchies, and experience navigating HRIS integration during M&A activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a must) and familiarity with third-party integrations and data privacy regulations.

Proven track record operating in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Expertise in project planning, developing functional specifications, building business cases, and executing rigorous test plans.
