Maintenance Technician | Retail

3+ years of commercial handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot multiple building systems.

EPA Section 608 (Preferred)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor construction tasks across multiple commercial facilities.

This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of troubleshooting building issues, completing repairs safely and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining VIXXO quality standards.

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial facilities.

Complete general building repairs including doors, ceilings, walls, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.

Perform basic plumbing repairs such as replacing faucets, valves, toilets, sinks, and repairing minor leaks.

Perform basic electrical work including replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, ballasts, drivers, and lamps.
