Construction Superintendent

Nice to have:

A degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering is considered a plus

Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project) a plus

LEED Accreditation and/or experience on LEED Certified projects considered a plus

: $110,000 - $140,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.

Establish and maintain a positive rapport and great working relationships with clients and subcontractors

Prepare daily and weekly reports (daily reports, safety audits, progress reports, etc.) in compliance with Company and project requirements

Maintain project quality control; monitor and assure conformance with the design documents

Develop site logistics plans and coordinate site activities with Client operations

Interface with and support Project Manager and design team as necessary

Participate in the review of change requests as required
