Review and approval of project purchase order prior to issuance

Follow up after purchase orders have been issued to ensure schedule compliance and expedite where required

Supervise budget and schedule preparation

Supervise work order preparation

Procure long lead items

Maintain a consolidated project report to total project cost and schedule status vs.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for the oversight of mechanical and piping construction projects, including pressure systems, fabrication support, and the review of mechanical drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.

They will also manage contractual planning, procurement, design activities, contract costs, schedule adherence, and client liaison.

Supervise & review the preparation of all material and subcontract requisitions
