Area General Manager - Workplace Experience and Facilities (70302795)

Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing multiple service lines within workplace experience, facilities management, hospitality, property management, office operations, corporate services, or a related environment.

Experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.

Proven experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and outsourced service providers across multiple service lines.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labour planning, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics.

Experience managing workplace services such as facilities, office operations, hospitality, catering, mailroom, security, AV, or related service environments.

Knowledge of facilities management vendors, sourcing practices, contract management, and outsourced service delivery models.
