Supervisor, Logistics Operations-Body Shop

Warehouse/Logistics Management: At least 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a focus on material handling, inventory management, or body shop logistics in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure high levels of performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Inventory Control: Experience with inventory management, including tracking materials, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of warehouse materials.

Process Optimization: Experience with process improvement initiatives, particularly in logistics or warehousing, using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
