Responsibilities

Foundation Academies is an innovative school community committed to building independence, ingenuity, empathy, and leadership in every student. We are seeking a Maternity Leave Lead School Nurse to temporarily manage district health services and support building-level nursing operations. In this director-level role, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with New Jersey regulations, and liaise with public health agencies and the school physician, keeping student safety and health operations running smoothly during this transitional period.Ready to lead and grow with us?

Lead and manage district-wide health services and ensure regulatory compliance

Supervise and coach nursing staff across campuses

Coordinate required health trainings and onboarding for nursing staff

Serve as liaison to the Township Division of Health, school physician, and public health agencies
