Compensation & Benefits

A historic, once-in-a-career opportunity to help deliver the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Real ownership of the facilities systems and service standards the villages will depend on.

Broad exposure across the venue owner, functional areas, and Games-time operations.

A collaborative, inclusive team of teammates who take pride in shared success.

What This Role Means for the Games

Reliable facilities are what keep the villages livable, accessible, and safe for every athlete and team member. Your systems and service standards determine how quickly issues are resolved once thousands of residents move in. It is a hands-on, high-trust contribution to the experience at the heart of the Games.

Responsibilities

As Manager, Facilities, you will establish how the villages are inspected, maintained, and kept operational, working hand in hand with the venue owner to deliver dependable service.

It suits a builder and team leader who can turn accessible, inclusive standards into reliable operations.

Conduct inspections and walk-throughs to verify readiness of residential, operational, training, and shared spaces, covering life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, accessibility, and technology.

Partner with the venue owner to define roles, responsibilities, and service delivery for maintenance, utilities, building systems, defects, cleaning and waste, technology, and Games-time support.

Coordinate facility support across operational phases, including venue setup, pre-opening, Olympic operations, Paralympic transition, and post-Games hand-back.

Establish and monitor response times for critical, urgent, and routine issues, coordinating staffing and escalation with the venue owner to meet agreed service levels.
