Requirements

7–8+ years of sales operations.

Sales Ops experience supporting enterprise or global segments.

Experience supporting SDR/BDR organizations.

Demonstrated experience (or strong interest and aptitude) launching or scaling AI agents, agentic AI, or automation tools within a GTM or revenue operations context.

A data-first mindset – genuinely believes in using data for insight generation, and is comfortable challenging sales leadership with data-backed recommendations.

Pipeline management and forecasting experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is

$110,000-$135,000

. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range.
