Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a global organization.
Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI, with hands-on experience in Freight Bill & Audit systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Deep knowledge of global cold chain logistics, end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes, financial reconciliation, and foreign trade.
Experience leading digital transformation, automation, or route optimization initiatives in logistics.
Experience creating, maintaining, and driving adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a global logistics environment.

Responsibilities
Analyze temperature and shipment data for temperature-sensitive materials, support temperature excursion investigations, and partner with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and freight forwarders on lane design, shipping container selection, and distribution processes to reduce product risk.
Use Excel, Power BI, Freight Bill & Audit systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to standardize, monitor, and report key transportation metrics including on-time delivery, carrier performance, and freight spend across air, ocean, and ground transport.
Drive logistics digitalization by identifying opportunities for automation, route optimization, and greater adoption of digital cold chain monitoring tools to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Lead transportation cost and sustainability improvement efforts by evaluating modes, equipment types, and shipping methods to reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining service levels.
Support global transportation governance through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), contract and service-level monitoring, compliance with trade and quality requirements, and development and adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across regions.
