Requirements

1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, loan processing, or coordinator role.

Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple files, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents, data entry, and numbers (e.g., tracking deliverables, fees, and wire information).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable creating trackers, simple reports, and updating templates.

Familiarity with CRM or database systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort learning new internal systems to maintain accurate deal, contact, and property data.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams, borrowers, vendors, and other external partners.

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Support the Affordable Housing Mortgage Banking team in coordinating deals from quote through application, underwriting, and closing.

Set up and manage electronic deal files, ensuring documents are organized, current, and compliant with Berkadia and agency requirements.

Collect and track borrower and property deliverables, including rent rolls, regulatory agreements, HAP contracts, bond/LIHTC documents, and third‑party reports.
