Requirements
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in GIS within telecom, utilities, or infrastructure.
Mastery of ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of fiber network architecture, OSP design, and construction workflows.
Proven expertise reviewing and troubleshooting fiber designs.
Ability to solve complex data problems with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
The Senior GIS Technical Lead & Technical Program Manager is the organization’s SME for geospatial systems, fiber network design data, and technical program manager across all platforms of the GIS IQGeo network infrastructure system and Address Management System (AMS). This role owns the overall AMS and IQGeo ecosystems, ensures system readiness, resolves complex engineering & logic issues, and project manages the engineering, construction, planning and operations teams to execute efficiently.
This is a senior technical authority responsible for raising the quality bar, setting standards for vendors, mentoring peers, and serving as the escalated problem solver across Eng, Construction, Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Expert for GIS Platforms and Address Data
Serve as the senior technical authority for ArcGIS / QGIS
Direct interface/ liaison with IQGeo system developers and Address Management System (AMS) teams
