Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in a role involving communications, program and event coordination, operations support, client services, or cross-functional project work

Experience working in agriculture, food systems, manufacturing, or similarly complex operational environments, preferred

Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

The Associate, Grower Services and Communication supports the Grower Services function by coordinating initiatives, synthesizing information, and delivering clear, timely communications that strengthen grower relationships and enable informed decision-making by leadership.

This role plays a critical part in connecting operational activity, grower feedback, and data inputs into coherent updates, insights, and narratives for both internal and external audiences. The Associate works closely with Grower Services leadership and cross-functional partners to support planning, execute programs and events, and ensure a consistent, high-quality grower experience.

The position requires strong judgment, organization, communication skills, and a customer-service mindset, balancing strategic support work with hands-on execution across multiple priorities.

Grower Services Support & Insight Synthesis

Support Grower Services leadership by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing grower data, feedback, and operational updates

Prepare and present clear summaries and materials that highlight grower status, trends, risks, and key considerations to support leadership planning and decision-making
