Support managers with coaching, feedback, and growth planning
Partner with leaders across GTM and R&D to understand team-specific people needs

Develop initiatives to strengthen engagement, recognition, and retention

Manage payroll processing, bonuses, and annual compensation cycles accurately and confidentially
Oversee benefits administration (healthcare, 401k, leave policies, PTO) and serve as point of contact for employees and vendors
Support compensation review cycles and ensure changes are reflected systemically
Continuously assess competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages

Employee Lifecycle & Operations
Lead HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee records management
Execute on seamless onboarding experiences that get new hires productive fast and continually improve the process
Manage offboarding processes that maintain our culture of transparency and respect
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and internal policies
