Requirements
Proven ability to manage the logistics of complex programs within a fast-paced SaaS or Consumption-based business model.
Negotiation & Contract Familiarity:
Solid understanding of Snowflake’s consumption revenue model and bookings methodology.
A strong customer-service orientation with a focus on facilitating the success of the Sales organization and Pursuit team members.
AI & Data Synthesis:
Proficiency in using AI tools to derive data driven insights.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary operational point of contact for the program, fielding questions and providing guidance to account teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders regarding program benefits and standard operating procedures.
Program Logistics and Cadence Management:
Own the master schedule and end-to-end logistics for key program forums.
This includes coordinating all Pursuit Steering Committee meetings and Executive Account Reviews, while ensuring timely communication and reporting of program activities.
Executive Sponsorship Program Oversight:
This involves monitoring their engagement in key customer activities (e.g., QBRs, roadmap presentations) and ensuring their commitments are fulfilled.
