Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: expected base salary range is 15.90 - 17.70 hourly**

Responsibilities

As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store.

The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

Customer Sales & Profit

You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.

Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions

Be aware of and take responsibility of your department's strengths and identifying commercial opportunities and working with your Department Manager to act on them
