Requirements
Exposure to warehouse operations, material flow, or manufacturing environments (internship, project, or coursework)
Familiarity with PFEP concepts, inventory policies (kanban, min/max), and basic supply chain principles
Experience with Airtable, Excel, or database tools; exposure to scripting or automation (Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus
Interest or exposure to factory simulation, layout planning, or digital manufacturing tools (DELMIA / 3dX is a plus)
Ability to structure and manage large datasets with clarity and accuracy

Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of a Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, including part attributes, packaging, storage locations, and replenishment strategies
Assist in warehouse sizing and layout planning, including space modeling, rack density, and material flow optimization
Analyze material flow from receiving, storage, and line-side delivery to identify opportunities to reduce handling and WIP
Help define line-side presentation, kanban sizing, and min/max inventory strategies for production
Build and maintain structured datasets using Airtable or similar database tools, including automation workflows and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and design teams to ensure alignment between PFEP, BOM, and production processes
