Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will establish and apply a standard for brand intelligence that guides Generative AI models to deliver consistent, on-brand content at scale. This outstanding opportunity gives you a key role in crafting the future of enterprise marketing and creative workflows.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, Design Systems, and Enterprise Marketing, with a strong bias for execution and cross-functional teamwork.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Instruct Generate, ensuring enterprise business context drives on-brand creative output through AI models and agentic tools.

Enable first- and third-party models and tools for generating with higher accuracy and brand compliance.

Collaborate with GenStudio and Firefly teams to align with Adobe’s broader brand and content supply chain strategy.
