The Carrier Team Service Analyst is a service‑driven role for individuals who enjoy helping others, researching information, and following through on assigned work.
Analysts manage assigned cases and structured, research‑based assignments that require organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.
The role supports insurance carrier relationships on behalf of accounting by managing complex or layered assignments that require deeper review, documentation validation, and thoughtful escalation when needed.
Research and manage escalations, including carrier assistance requests and missing or incomplete commission documentation, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to provide accounting teams with current and reliable information
Deliver a consistently high level of service in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
