Operations Process Coordinator Sr

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Works with internal and external partners to build, improve, and manage the teams’ ongoing reviews of our Partners activities.

These reviews are in place to ensure compliance with all Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines.

Manages and streamlines operational processes for the Partner Quality Support team, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with Pathward, Network and Regulatory guidelines.

Develops and manages review processes for the team, such as self approval, disputes, KYTP/CDD, CIP, prelaunch testing, and periodic reviews.

Works with our marketing material review vendor to request and test enhancements to the system to simplify and optimize the marketing material review process.

Assists in and monitor the use of the marketing submission tool that Partners and Marketing Review Analysts utilize.
