The national pay range for this role is $64,500 - $98,000 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Duties require interacting with various departments and all levels of the organization, from site leadership to subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainees.

Perform needs analysis through relationships with local leadership, stakeholders, and staff to identify training needs.

Plan, implement, and evaluate learning interventions to achieve business objectives

Create engaging and challenging courseware and training materials.

Implement appropriate solutions for a variety of mediums, including classroom facilitation and online delivery, in a timely manner.

Create reports to present findings to mid-level management or HR partners.
