Lead Software Engineer,CX – Platform Data

Lead endtoend design and execution of largescale data engineering initiatives.

Partner closely with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, and Data Governance.

Architect robust data solutions aligned with the company’s strategic direction in data federation, semantic layers, and data governance.

Ensure high reliability, performance, and scalability across all data platforms.

Provide technical mentorship and leadership to senior and junior data engineers.

Collaborate with product and engineering leadership (including VP-level stakeholders) throughout the hiring and delivery lifecycle.
