You are a seasoned HRBP from the high-growth tech or AI space who influences senior technical leaders and excels at driving complex people projects to completion.

Partner with leaders at all levels to align their team structures and talent plans with Tenstorrent’s product roadmap.

Act as a candid sounding board for senior leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and navigate complex management challenges.

Use organizational data and metrics to diagnose issues, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

You won't just report data; you will use it to tell a story and drive action.

Act as the ultimate collaborator across the company.
