Requirements
3–5 Years of Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced IT support environment, with demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of technical issues and user needs
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC is a strong plus. You will be supporting systems in a regulated and compliance-driven environment
Hands-On Experience: Skilled in supporting Windows and macOS environments, SaaS applications, identity and access management tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta), and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, ABM).
Microsoft 365 support and administration will be a large part of your day-to-day work. Strong knowledge of all aspects of the Microsoft suite is required (Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re confident writing clear, concise documentation and keeping users informed throughout the support process
Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable shifting priorities, handling multiple requests at once, and thriving in a dynamic, evolving IT landscape. You remain calm under pressure and quick to adjust as needs change
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 - $100,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
