Compensation & Benefits

This position comes with a base salary range of

$55,000 - $70,000

plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to join our growing Real Estate team. You will play a key role in the day to day operations of the team by performing transactional processing and bookkeeping for various Real Estate funds and related entities. This provides an excellent opportunity to use your creativity and ingenuity to improve systems and provide professional and insightful support to the team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Finance. This is an in-office 5-days per week role, located in our Vancouver Real Estate office.

Processing payables and receivables, preparing journal entries, and preparing invoices

Handling banking duties including electronic and cheque payments, and foreign exchange transactions

Referencing invoices to contracts to ensure accuracy, when applicable

Ensuring timely payments to vendors
