Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B event marketing campaigns with strong project management skills.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or fintech sectors
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required): Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing tactical and analytical responsibilities
Excellent project management abilities
Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities
This role is based out of our NYC office
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our NYC team to lead the marketing execution for Fintech Americas. As Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute strategic omni-channel campaigns that drive attendance and engagement for this premier industry event, and awards, while supporting team initiatives and contributing to overall marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B event marketing campaigns with strong project management skills, as well as experience working in a bilingual (Spanish/English) environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement tactical marketing plans for attendee and sponsor marketing for the Fintech America’s event and awards program
Lead email marketing campaigns
