5+ years in employer branding, internal communications, or HR marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS

Proven success partnering with C-suite, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition

Digital & Analytical:

Expertise in employer branding platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor), CMS tools, and data-driven decision-making

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $113,000 and $135,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Internal Communications Ecosystem:

Own and optimize all internal channels (intranet, email, MS Teams, newsletters, videoconferencing, etc.) to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement

Partner with leadership to craft messages, town halls, newsletters, and company-wide announcements

Partner with HR to drive strategic messaging across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, development, offboarding)

Partner with the business to support organizational transformation and culture initiatives with clear, empathetic communication
