Responsibilities
Own Juniper AU’s CRO strategy:
Define and execute the roadmap across landing pages, quiz flows, onboarding and key conversion touchpoints - driving measurable improvements in conversion and patient outcomes.
Drive high-impact experimentation
Build and run a disciplined testing program (A/B, UX, copy, offer, pricing) focused on the highest-leverage opportunities.
Deeply understand patient behaviour
Analyse data, review session recordings, speak to patients and patient facing teams, and identify friction, hesitation and drop-off drivers - then translate insight into action.
