Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base salary range for this role is $125,000- $145,000 per year and will be adjusted to market cost. Responsibilities

to lead the care delivery teams, programs, and systems at our Los Angeles, CA clinic.

Reporting to the General Manager - West Region you will partner with operational leaders to steer an interdisciplinary care team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, health coaches, and member support specialists.

Team Supervision & Leadership:

Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and success across all facets of the clinic.

Conduct daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans, providing guidance and feedback to enhance patient outcomes.

Head the intake process by connecting new patients to necessary clinical resources, and lead the crafting of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs and journey.

Amae Health is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation that delivers specialty outpatient care for people living with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression.
