Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in emergency planning, public administration, or a related field
Valid Texas driver's license
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid technician-level amateur radio license
Nice to have:
Two (2) years of increasingly responsible emergency management, disaster preparedness, or community resilience related experience

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the City’s Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC), this role assists in the creation, review, and implementation of citywide policies, plans, and operational requirements that enhance Fort Worth’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and large-scale incidents.
