Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and supervising the Roseville office surveyors and survey technicians as they develop and create solutions to technical problems and overseeing work production and quality control.
Provide day to day assignments and technical guidance to survey staff.
Under limited supervision, manage a variety of surveying service functions that could include drafting, survey support, field survey, document control or other surveying support activities.
Ensure the timely, thorough, and accurate completion of all survey services projects.
Ensure survey deliverables and documentation packages are complete.
Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
