Client Success Senior Manage
The Client Success Sr.
Manager is responsible for creating and consolidating strong relationships with a portfolio of larger-sized clients (5,000 or more eligible employees), driving their long-term growth and satisfaction.
This strategic role combines account management, business development, and effective communication skills to ensure the continuous success of clients and the expansion of revenue.
Client Portfolio Management:
Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
