Responsibilities
We are looking for a Space Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA, to drive operational excellence across our space program.
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, and business development to design scalable processes, optimize growth systems, and deliver data-driven insights that accelerate mission delivery.
Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Engineering, and Corporate Operations to refine strategic planning and mission objectives, ensuring seamless integration of space payload capabilities to meet aggressive growth targets.
Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (i.e., Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards, and supporting growth leads in refining forecasts and business opportunities.
Analyze technical pipeline data, payload performance metrics, and space market trends to surface actionable insights, enabling data-backed decisions for mission planning and technology roadmaps.
Develop business cases for new investment opportunities to meet P&L targets and ensure adequate resourcing.
