Requirements

4+ years of experience in AI,  Data Science, and Machine learning

Experience in LLMs, LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, metric-driven development of prompt-based features, agentic systems, and other related topics

Experience in building complex multipart and multistep LLM-based and ML systems

Proficiency in Python (including pure Python, and not only jupyter notebooks)

Experience in using reproducible research techniques

Experience in developing AI solutions for production usage

The mission of the DS/ML department is to transform this data into intelligent, AI-powered capabilities that help users gain deeper insights, automate routine work, enhance productivity, and create a more seamless work experience.

As a Data Scientist in the Work Intelligence Unit, you will play a key role in product development through the application of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies with a particular focus on leveraging Large Language Models and other emerging technologies.

You will work on both user-facing AI features and foundational intelligence platform that power intelligent experiences across the product.

Creating new and improving existing AI solutions Involvement in the whole process of data-driven development from analyzing product requirements to launching the feature or system to production (with the help of MLOps specialists) and improving it based on results of monitoring and feedback

Communicating with fellow data scientists, product owners, and developers
