Retail Associate - Full Time

Must maintain compliance with all documented security procedures and safeguarding inventory against diversion

Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.

Accurately Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system

Follow proper check-in procedures for patients and be able to guide them on the medical card experience

Accurately counting and processing inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked

Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized

Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts for cannabis products in the facility

Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
