Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative (USA) is responsible for the successful delivery of high-velocity pipeline generation across target accounts and buyer personas.

This role exists to drive business growth through qualified lead creation, elevate brand presence via credible first-touch engagement, and ensure consistency and best practices across outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up—delivering significant business value by converting interest into high-quality meetings and sales-qualified opportunities.

high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions through email, phone, social media, and events to identify and qualify prospects.

and convert marketing-generated leads through rapid follow-up, discovery, and need qualification using a defined methodology (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC-light).
