Compensation & Benefits
\u00A0Starting at $56,794 for certified teachers based years of K-12 teaching experience; $45,856 to begin for pre-licensure candidates without an active TN license.\u00A0

Responsibilities
Internalize and plan to execute daily routines and provided lessons that are built on Valor\u2019s College Counseling curriculum scope and sequence to meet the needs of all students
Collect, enter, and analyze academic data to provide targeted instruction and interventions that promote a culture of learning\u00A0
Postsecondary Counseling & Caseload Support
Meet with a cohort of approximately 60 students and caregivers semi-annually to provide individualized support and guidance through the application and transition planning processes

Support with students\u2019 postsecondary planning and college admission process, including writing letters of recommendations,\u00A0 and reviewing application materials: essays, teacher recommendations, and Common App components
