Requirements
18+ years of progressive experience in PTC Windchill or similar PLM platforms
(e.g., Agile, eMatrix), with a strong focus on solution architecture, service delivery, and team leadership in global, complex environments.
Proven track record of
leading PLM initiatives in regulated industries, preferably MedTech, with deep understanding of compliance, validation, and documentation requirements.
PLM services across multiple geographies and sites, including vendor and partner coordination.
Demonstrated success in data migration, system integration, and customization of PLM platforms, including CAD/CAE tools and design transfer systems.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Execution:
Lead the development and execution of the PLM roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, publish, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Manage a team of PLM architects, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, and IT to ensure alignment and transparency.
Lead from the front—be hands-on when needed and inspire technical excellence.
