SaaS Platform Architect

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field).

10+ years of software development experience building web-based products at scale.

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, AI Model Infra and deployment, ideally on AWS.

Strong expertise in the Python and front-end frameworks such as React.

Proven track record of architecting complex SaaS platforms with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security.

Experience and knowledge of SaaS compliance standards including SOC2 , GDPR and ISO270001

We are seeking an accomplished SaaS Platform Architect to shape the future of our cloud-based platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the development of scalable, resilient, and secure software systems that power our AI-driven translation solutions. As a senior architect, you will work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that technical decisions align with the company’s strategic vision and deliver lasting value. This role requires a rare mix of deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to influence and mentor teams across the organization.

Architect Scalable Platforms – Design and evolve SaaS and cloud solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Advance the Architecture Roadmap – Partner with engineering, GenAI, and DevOps teams to define and evolve the long-term technical architecture of Alexa Translations’ SaaS offerings.

Documentation & Standards – Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical guidelines; ensure accessibility and currency of all documentation.

Innovation & Prototyping – Challenge the status quo by exploring new technologies, creating proofs of concept, and rapidly prototyping solutions to meet emerging business needs.
