Responsibilities

As the Research Quality Analyst on the Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team, you will be essential in upholding the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven primary research.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance of our research projects, from auditing foundational documents like questionnaires and prompt sheets to performing final reviews of our Gen Grid Channel Check outputs.

You will be a key player in ensuring that our research is accurate, consistent, and valuable to our clients.

This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in AI-powered research and contribute to the refinement of workflows that generate trackable, high-quality insights.

Perform rigorous quality assurance on Gen Grid Channel Check outputs to ensure data accuracy, grammatical correctness, and adherence to stylistic guidelines.

Collaborate with the research team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
